SMS & Text Message Policy

1. What messages you will receive

When you opt in to receive text messages from ZENNA, you may receive the following kinds of transactional messages from our toll-free number +1 (866) 578-6344:

  • account verification codes (two-factor authentication, 2FA);
  • service status alerts;
  • task and calendar reminder notifications from your Nex companion; and
  • account security alerts.

We do not send marketing, promotional, advertising, or survey messages from this number.

2. How you opt in

You opt in to receive text messages by providing your mobile phone number within the ZENNA Nex companion app at nex.zna.world and confirming your consent by entering a verification code sent to your phone. Opting in to text messages is not a condition of purchasing or using ZENNA.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account activity and the notifications you have enabled within your Nex companion. You control which notifications are sent.

4. Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and mobile plan. Anthony West Inc is not responsible for any fees charged by your carrier.

5. How to opt out

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a single confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. You may also opt out by emailing privacy@zna.world with the subject line “SMS Opt-Out” and the phone number you wish to remove.

6. How to opt back in

If you previously opted out and wish to receive text messages again, reply START to the number from which you previously received messages, or re-enroll within the ZENNA Nex app.

8. Supported carriers

SMS services are supported on major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and most regional carriers. Carrier support may vary. Anthony West Inc does not guarantee message delivery on all carriers.

9. Your phone number and privacy

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected through our SMS program are used solely to deliver the messages you have consented to receive. Phone numbers are encrypted at rest and masked in system logs.

Your phone number is yours. We store it encrypted, we never sell it, and you can revoke consent at any time with a single word. This is consistent with ZENNA's commitment to user sovereignty and minimal data collection.
